All-Star Game Information

WAREHAM, Mass. – The 2015 Friendly’s Cape Cod Baseball League All-Star Game will begin at Spillane Field in Wareham at 6:05 p.m. tonight. The gates will open to the public at 2 p.m., the same time batting practice will start. Autograph sessions will begin at 2:40 p.m. and continue until just before the Home Run Hitting Contest at 5 p.m.

Chatham Angler Will Craig (Wake Forest), who launched a towering grand slam in Manager John Schiffner’s 500th career win on Thursday, will represent the East Division in the Home Run Hitting Contest.

Upon the conclusion of the contest there will be approximately 30 minutes allotted for field work before the aforementioned 6:05 p.m. All-Star Game start. The Anglers will be healthily represented by pitchers Parker Dunshee (Wake Forest), Aaron McGarity (Virginia Tech), and Brandon Miller (Millersville), as well as center fielder Aaron Knapp (California).

Fox College Sports will host a television broadcast of the game, and WCAI will host a radio broadcast of the game on 91.1 FM local and online here. Both broadcasts begin at 6 p.m.

For those wishing to attend the game, tickets are available for $5.00 at Spillane Field.
