2017 BROADCASTERS CHATHAM ANGLERS
DREW CARTER BROADCASTER
Drew Carter is a rising junior in the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. He works in the sports departments at several on-campus
media outlets, including WAER, Citrus TV, and Z89. Drew is also a broadcast intern with the American Hockey League’s Syracuse Crunch.
Last summer, Drew called games for the Syracuse Junior Chiefs of the New York Collegiate Baseball League. Growing up in Minnesota,
Drew is an avid fan of the Twins, Timberwolves, and Vikings — so a Chatham Anglers championship would fi ll a huge void in his life.
MAX HERZ BROADCASTER
Max Herz is a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University, a Pittsburgh native, and a new member of the Anglers Media Team as a broadcaster
for the 2017 season. Max fi lled many broadcasting roles with Vanderbilt Athletics during his four years in Nashville, serving as the
Dugout Reporter for Vanderbilt Baseball, the In-Game Host for Vanderbilt Football, and the Sports Director for VandyRadio. Max looks
forward to communicating with as many Anglers fans as possible
