PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

reetings, I’m glad you are perusing our Chatham Anglers souvenir yearbook. The
Chatham Athletic Association, overseers of the Chatham Anglers Cape Cod Baseball
GLeague team, is excited to bring another summer of excellent college baseball to
Chatham’s Veterans Field.

This yearbook provides information on our 2022 Chatham Angler players, coaches, and
support staff. It also provides our appreciative thank you recognition to the individuals
(~1,000 contributing members), local businesses, the Town of Chatham, volunteers, interns,
host families, post-game meal donors, and others who generously support our organization.
Everyone mentioned in this yearbook is essential to our success in bringing you, our fans,
another first-class, Chatham Anglers summer of baseball.

Over the years we have coordinated with the Town of Chatham to make several enhancements
to Veterans Field. These enhancements include installing new field lights (2014), a new
bleacher system (2019), and an improved backstop safety netting system (2022). Our organization and our generous donors further
enhanced Veterans Field by installing a new press box scoreboard (2016) and a new outfield scoreboard (2019). We hope you enjoy,
and appreciate, all these Veterans Field improvements.

We are excited about the 2022 baseball summer, the Anglers fourth season under the tutelage of manager Tom Holliday. Tom
and his experienced staff led the Anglers to the championship playoff round in their inaugural 2018 season, and won the Eastern
Division regular season title in 2019. We are confident Tom and his staff have again brought in a talented group of players capable
of bringing the Cape League title to Chatham.

Please partake in the complete Veterans Field Anglers game experience. Browse our merchandise booth to purchase Angler logo
gear, visit our concession stand to indulge in our wide array of delectable items, enter our 50/50 raffle to win great prizes and cash,
and please donate generously when you arrive or when we ‘pass the hat’ through the stands.

Whether you’re a long-time Angler fan, a first-time visitor, or fit somewhere in between, we hope you have a wonderful Veterans
Field experience that provides you with great summer memories! And remember, when you’re not cheering the Anglers on in
person you can follow them live (home & away) on our ChathamAnglers.com website broadcast.
