MADDY CANNING BOSTON COLLEGE | PHOTOGRAPHER
Canning grew up in New Canaan, Connecticut, and is a rising senior at Boston College with a major in communications and a minor in studio art
concentrated in photography. As a member of the photo staff at Boston College’s student-produced yearbook, Sub Turri, Canning photographs athletic
events on campus including baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, football and softball.
GRIFFIN HOUT UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA | VIDEOGRAPHER
Hout is from Andover, Massachusetts, and is a rising sophomore at the University of Florida. He is pursuing a degree in media production, management
and technology from UF’s College of Journalism and Communications. Hout has served as a video editor for the Harvard University football team and
for The Phillipian newspaper at Phillips Academy.
JAKE KLEIN THE LOOMIS CHAFFEE SCHOOL | MEDIA TEAM ASSISTANT
A lifelong Chatham summer resident originally from Southborough, Massachusetts, Klein attends the Loomis Chaffee School where he calls baseball,
basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball. He’s the sports editor of the school’s newspaper, The Loomis Chaffee Log. Additionally, Klein
serves as producer and co-host of It Means History’s CBB 365 podcast and assists in MaxPreps’ coverage of New England prep school sports.
MAGGIE MENONI VIRGINIA TECH | VIDEOGRAPHER
Menoni grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia, and currently lives in Chatham. She is a rising senior at Virginia Tech working toward a bachelor’s degree
in public health from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Menoni is a videography intern for HokieVision, the video arm
of Virginia Tech Athletics. She creates content for each of the school’s 18 athletic teams, works with the in-house ACC Network staff as a production
assistant, and assists the football coaching staff by shooting and editing video of games and practices. This is Menoni’s second summer with the A’s.
JOE PUCCIO SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY | BROADCASTER
Puccio, a New Hartford, New York native, is a rising junior studying broadcast and digital journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications
at Syracuse University. He is the sports director at WJPZ-FM and is on the sports staff at WAER-FM, which are SU student radio stations. Puccio is an on-air
talent and former associate producer at CitrusTV, SU’s student television station. He spent last summer broadcasting baseball for the Utica Blue Sox of
the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League.
CONNOR SMITH SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY | BEAT WRITER
Smith, a rising junior from Arlington, Virginia, is a broadcast and digital journalism major with a minor in political science at Syracuse University. He is a
senior staff writer at The Daily Orange after serving as sports editor this spring. Smith has covered the Syracuse football and softball teams and will cover
the men’s basketball team this fall. Last summer he interned at Voice of America, producing video content for international audiences.
IAN UNSWORTH SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY | BROADCASTER
Unsworth, an Ann Arbor, Michigan native, is a rising senior studying broadcast and digital journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public
Communications at Syracuse University. He is the assistant sports director at WAER-FM and is part of the sports staff at WPJZ-FM, both of which are SU
student radio stations. Unsworth also broadcasts various sports for ACC Network and ACC Network Extra, serves as an on-air talent at CitrusTV and writes
for Orange Fizz, a blog covering Syracuse sports. He spent last summer broadcasting baseball for the Kalamazoo Growlers of the Northwoods League.
ANISH VASUDEVAN SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY | BEAT WRITER
Vasudevan, a San Jose, California native, is a rising junior studying magazine, news and digital journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public
Communications at Syracuse University. He’s also pursuing a minor in entrepreneurship. Vasudevan is an assistant sports editor with The Daily Orange,
the independent student newspaper at SU, and has covered football, men’s and women’s lacrosse and volleyball. He also writes biweekly album reviews
for The Daily Orange and spent the end of last summer covering Syracuse football training camp.
